Shares cannot be sold back to the guild until the Holding Period has elapsed after the date of last purchase.
Guild earnings reports are released along with dividend disbursements on the last day of each month.
Buying shares is open to all guild members regardless of rank.
Shares may only be sold back to the guild for the current share price.

To buy shares, send in-game mail to Fergie-Lightning's Blade with the subject "Buy Shares" and the number of shares you would like to buy and your current local timestamp with timezone in the message body. Attach the appropriate amount of gold. If no timestamp is included in the message, the purchase will not be processed.
To sell shares, send in-game mail to Fergie-Lightning's Blade with the subject "Sell Shares" and the number of shares you would like to sell and your current local timestamp with timezone in the message body. Attach the appropriate amount of gold. If no timestamp is included in the message, the sale will not be processed.
All share purchases and sales will have a receipt returned with the transaction details.
